Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Laboratory Expert to drive scientific advancement within a strictly regulated Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment. The core responsibilities include supporting the development, implementation, and refinement of scientific methods and concepts, specifically contributing to the technological development of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and combination products. You will be responsible for solving complex scientific problems by actively planning, executing, and interpreting experiments in close collaboration with project leaders and colleagues. A key focus involves conducting precise measurements for design verification and characterization of combination products, ensuring high-quality results are delivered efficiently and documented thoroughly. Success requires a relevant Master's degree or equivalent extensive professional experience, expertise in GMP environments, and excellent communication skills in both German and English, enabling effective collaboration across technical disciplines.
