Job Summary
This critical role involves leading and managing complex software development projects specifically within the automotive sector, working with renowned OEMs and suppliers. The Software Project Manager is responsible for the complete project lifecycle, including planning, steering, and monitoring software initiatives. Key daily tasks encompass efficient resource allocation, creating and maintaining detailed project timelines, conducting thorough risk analyses, and actively managing risks. A core responsibility is ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, particularly Automotive SPICE. The role also requires moderating meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders and coordinating team efforts. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, coupled with professional experience as a sub-project leader in automotive software development. Proficiency with essential tools like Jira, DOORS, MS Project, and technologies such as AUTOSAR and Embedded C is required, alongside excellent German and English language skills.
