Job Summary

This role, based in Düsseldorf, seeks an experienced Accounting and Tax Specialist to ensure strict adherence to local tax regulations and statutory obligations. Day-to-day responsibilities include active participation in the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, thorough review of tax documentation, and preparation of quarterly reporting packages. A key function involves managing inquiries from both internal and external auditors related to annual financial statements and performing necessary tax audits. The successful candidate will also be responsible for generating accurate management information to support decision-making. To qualify, applicants must hold a completed qualification as an Accountant or Tax Consultant, possess a minimum of three years of professional experience, and demonstrate strong knowledge of both Local GAAP and IFRS. Fluency in both English and German, along with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is mandatory. This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive compensation up to €60,000 gross per annum.
