Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Specialist in System Integration to join a dynamic and growing team, focusing on maintaining and evolving complex IT infrastructures. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of IT environments, including the installation and configuration of hardware and software in both virtualized (VMware) and non-virtualized settings. Key daily tasks involve providing 2nd level telephone support for end-users, troubleshooting IT issues across software, hardware, and networking, and executing routine maintenance. The position requires professional expertise in Microsoft Windows Server systems, Exchange, and SQL, alongside strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking (LAN/VLAN/WAN), router configuration, and VPNs.
