Job Summary

Join the Commercial Team in Zurich as a Brand Business Owner, taking strategic ownership of the monetization and sustainable value creation for renowned Swiss print titles such as Landliebe, Schweizer Illustrierte, and Glückspost. Starting April 2026 or by agreement, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the commercial brand strategy, focusing initially on LandLiebe. This role demands forward-thinking, requiring you to move beyond traditional subscription models to identify and launch new offerings, partnerships, and innovative business models. You will be instrumental in creating and evaluating business cases for all consumer magazines, preparing critical decision-making documentation for executive management. Success hinges on your ability to work data-based, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and effectively steer cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient collaboration across the entire RMS Group.

Required Skills

Education

University degree or equivalent training in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a comparable field

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in Brand Management, Business Development, or Strategy
  • Experience in a media-related environment (ideal)
  • Proven ability to combine commercial strategies with brand development, looking beyond classic subscription models
  • Experience steering cross-functional projects and aligning diverse teams toward common goals
