Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Shift Laboratory Technician operating within a continuous 3-shift model (Monday to Sunday). The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting crucial process analyses using modern GC/HPLC systems, including the evaluation of chromatograms. A key part of the job involves production control, making critical decisions regarding batch releases, blocks, and implementing corrective measures, often involving special instructions for production issues. Day-to-day tasks also include final quality control of batches, issuing delivery certificates, managing control samples, and initiating actions for deviations. The position requires meticulous documentation in the electronic shift log and ensuring proper disposal of hazardous materials and solvents. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or equivalent, coupled with several years of professional experience, SAP knowledge (specifically GS-LIMS QM-modules), and a strong analytical mindset.
