This part-time Office Assistant role (18 hours per week) provides crucial administrative support to the Executive Management Assistant within a large, established hospital system. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive office organization, including managing post, emails, digital documentation, calendar maintenance, and archive administration. Key tasks also involve coordinating meetings, assisting with admissions management (application preparation and organizing on-call duties), and providing essential support for controlling functions such as data maintenance, reporting, and calculations. The role requires participation in various project work and assisting with the administrative aspects of employee onboarding. Candidates should possess a completed professional qualification in the healthcare industry, such as a Healthcare Administrator or Medical Assistant, or equivalent experience. Professional proficiency in MS Office and a structured, digitally focused, hands-on approach are mandatory, especially when handling sensitive and time-sensitive data.
