Job Summary

As the Team Leader for Operational Technology, you will be responsible for ensuring the maximum possible availability of the company's complex logistics and conveyor systems. Your daily duties will involve leading and scheduling the maintenance team, organizing rapid fault clearance, and coordinating necessary repairs and preventative maintenance for all logistical assets. A key part of the role is managing external service providers and overseeing related contracts, as well as conducting minor repairs on general building technology. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of technical processes. Candidates must have a completed background in Electrical Engineering or Electronics, ideally supplemented by a Technician or Master Craftsman qualification. This role requires the ability to work at heights in the high-bay warehouse and willingness to participate in a 2-shift system.
