Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated IT Support Specialist providing essential 1st and 2nd level support within a modern, medium-sized company based in Heidelberg. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing user tickets, incidents, and requests, alongside crucial account and access rights administration using Azure AD. The specialist will also be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of both hardware and software, and assisting with IT rollouts and minor projects, requiring close collaboration with production and other departments. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT education and at least one year of professional IT support experience, with mandatory expertise in Azure AD.
