Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled installer or tradesperson seeking a dynamic field service position focused on automated color mixing systems across Southern Germany, with occasional travel to Austria, Northern Italy, and Switzerland. Day-to-day responsibilities include the assembly, maintenance, and repair of these sophisticated systems at company branches and customer sites. A critical component of the job involves ensuring quality assurance through functional tests, E-Checks, and verifying all hardware and software settings to guarantee flawless operation. The technician will also be responsible for training operating personnel on system usage. Key qualifications include a background in electronics, electrical installation, or mechatronics, or a strong technical aptitude and willingness to train as a qualified electrician for specified activities (EffT). Candidates must demonstrate technical understanding, proficiency in MS Office, and a high degree of independence and flexibility.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronic Technician, Electrical Installer, Mechatronic Technician, or comparable qualification. Alternatively, completed technical vocational training outside of the electrical trade, with a willingness to train as a qualified electrician for specified activities (EffT).

Experience

  • Professional experience in electronics, electrical installation, mechatronics, or a comparable technical qualification
