The specialist will handle system and database administration, including user management, monitoring hardware and software, conducting maintenance, and ensuring data security through backups and recovery. Key responsibilities also include network administration, troubleshooting IT issues, and contributing to staff training. The position requires participation in an on-call system to ensure continuous technical availability of the control center. Additionally, the role involves project work, such as developing IT security concepts and exploring AI-supported systems, offering a dynamic environment for an IT professional with strong analytical and conceptual skills.

Education
University of Applied Sciences degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in Information Technology
Experience
- Professional experience in installation, maintenance, and updating of operating systems and application software
- Professional experience in client-server network administration
- Professional experience in Active Directory management
- Professional experience with database systems and SQL queries
- Professional experience in IT hardware monitoring and data recovery
- Professional experience in programming (simple applications)
- Professional experience with IT network systems and networked ICT systems
- Professional experience in system integration and IT security
- Desirable: Experience working in a BOS (Authorities and Organizations with Security Tasks) organization
- Desirable: Experience in fire protection, rescue services, or disaster control
