Job Summary

This Senior IT/OT System Administrator role is critical for bridging the gap between Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) across the global Otto Krahn Group. The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and other production-relevant systems, driving digitalization and automation initiatives within the business units. Key daily tasks involve customizing production systems, implementing new requirements, and ensuring the smooth operation of connected peripherals. A major focus is placed on developing and implementing OT security strategies in collaboration with the central IT Security team. Qualifications require a university degree in Information Technology or a comparable background, coupled with several years of professional experience in Production IT and a strong understanding of industrial processes. This position offers the opportunity to drive standardization across international production sites and utilize innovative technologies within a globally active, family-owned company based in Hamburg.
