Job Summary

This is an opportunity for a skilled Mechatronics Technician or Mechanic to join a highly reputable pharmaceutical company in Regensburg on a permanent contract. The role focuses on ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of production equipment, visual inspection devices, and associated computer systems. Key daily tasks include setting up production equipment, performing independent repairs, optimization, and preventative maintenance, as well as actively troubleshooting and resolving faults that cause downtime. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions and supporting various projects. Candidates must hold a strong technical vocational qualification in mechatronics, electronics, or mechanics, and demonstrate several years of experience in managing production facilities. The position requires a technical solution-oriented approach, excellent collaboration skills across departments, and the flexibility to work within a 3-shift system, offering above-standard compensation and long-term career stability.
