Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Site Manager for Electrical Engineering projects to oversee construction sites primarily in Bremen and the surrounding region. Day-to-day responsibilities include crucial tasks such as planning installation schedules, leading and managing site personnel (including colleagues, trainees, and external contractors), ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, and maintaining site safety protocols. A key part of the role involves commercial management, including quantity surveying for billing purposes and handling change order management (claims management). Candidates must possess a background as a qualified electrician, ideally supplemented by a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification, and demonstrate strong organizational skills and assertiveness. Knowledge of VDE standards and general project management principles is essential.
