This role is ideal for a qualified Master Electrician ready to take on the operational leadership as a Plant Manager in a traditional family-owned manufacturing business specializing in sewing threads and silk, operating for over 150 years in Ansbach, Bavaria. The core responsibility is ensuring the continuous functionality of all technical and electrical systems within the facility. Day-to-day tasks involve comprehensive maintenance, routine servicing, and repair of electrical systems, plant machinery, and building services, alongside mandatory inspection of fixed and portable devices. The position offers unique, employee-friendly working hours (07:00-14:00), defining 32 hours per week as full-time. Candidates should possess the necessary Master Electrician qualification and be prepared to manage all technical aspects of the site, ideally bringing knowledge of safety and accident prevention protocols.
