Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing crucial 2nd Level Support, managing client systems and applications directly at customer locations, and systematically processing and documenting all inquiries. A key focus will be supporting users with iOS devices, telecommunications components, and network environments. Candidates should possess a relevant IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist in System Integration, or equivalent professional experience in the IT sector. Essential technical skills include proficiency with Office 365 and Windows 10, coupled with initial practical experience in user support.
