Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Electrical/Electronics Technician to join KANZAN Spezialpapiere GmbH in Düren, a specialized paper manufacturer and part of the Oji Group. The core responsibilities involve ensuring the operational readiness of complex production and energy systems through rigorous maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, production, and process equipment. You will also be responsible for installing and commissioning new systems, executing modifications to existing infrastructure, and documenting all maintenance activities. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in electrical or automation technology, coupled with solid professional experience, ideally within the paper industry. Expertise in automation, measurement, and control technology is essential. The position requires a high degree of flexibility, including participation in the on-call rotation, and offers comprehensive training in relevant industrial control systems (S7, TIA-Portal, PCS 7).
