The Quality Assistant is responsible for meticulous, batch-specific verification of laboratory parameters, ensuring completeness and accuracy, including the validation of supplier certificates. Key duties include serving as the primary contact for external laboratories, supporting inspection planning, and reviewing/approving changes to existing inspection plans and limit value calculations. Furthermore, the role mandates active involvement in hygiene management, requiring the execution of hygiene training sessions and inspections, and defining necessary improvement measures. Candidates should possess completed vocational training in the food sector (such as a Laboratory Assistant or Food Technician) or an equivalent qualification. Basic knowledge of HACCP and IFS standards, along with strong MS Office proficiency and a data-driven mindset, are essential for success in this detail-oriented position.
