Job Summary
This role involves providing specialized technical support for the be4vision monitoring portal, which manages renewable energy plants, storage systems, and energy management solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include the setup and configuration of customer accounts, handling complex support inquiries via ticket systems and phone, and delivering customized online training sessions for clients. A key aspect of the job is collaborating with the software development team to create and maintain customer help documentation, and actively participating in the continuous improvement of service processes. The ideal candidate holds a completed technical degree or equivalent qualification, possesses very strong service orientation, and is fluent in both German and English.
