Job Summary
The City of Radeberg is seeking a full-time IT System Administrator to manage, plan, and advance their IT infrastructure, focusing heavily on Microsoft-based cloud and hybrid solutions. Key responsibilities include the administration and development of the Microsoft system landscape, driving the digitalization strategy with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, and implementing new online services, particularly those mandated by the Online Access Act (OZG). The role involves system monitoring, computer management, and administering Geodata Management systems (Caigos, Archikart). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or possesses a relevant IT vocational qualification coupled with at least five years of professional experience. Expertise in current Windows Server OS, Microsoft 365, and project management is essential. Required Skills
Education
Degree (FH/BA/Dual University) in Computer Science or a comparable IT-related field, or a relevant completed vocational IT training qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in planning and implementing IT and digitalization projects
- Professional experience in creating relevant concepts
- Multiple years of knowledge and experience with current Windows Server operating systems
- Experience in a cloud environment, especially Microsoft 365
- Experience with Geodata Management systems, preferably Caigos and Archikart
- Alternatively, at least five years of practical professional experience in the IT sector (if lacking a degree)
