Job Summary

The Water Association "Südharz" is seeking a Head of Technology and Operations to lead their critical water and wastewater infrastructure. This role involves comprehensive leadership, organization, and coordination of the department, overseeing investments, master departments for drinking water, wastewater, and electrical systems, and connection services, managing a team of approximately 55 employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for personnel, organizational, and budget management, as well as independently conceptualizing and developing new and rehabilitated drinking and wastewater facilities. They will also coordinate external engineering firms, manage projects, and represent the department publicly.
