Job Summary

This Network Engineer role involves the comprehensive planning, installation, and operation of critical LAN and WLAN infrastructure for both internal data centers and international clients. The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of network environments, including implementing new site connections, coordinating hardware refreshes, and optimizing performance across Routing & Switching, Wireless, Firewall, and WAN domains. A significant component of the role is 7x24 troubleshooting and ensuring strict adherence to network security policies and standards. Candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification or degree, coupled with several years of professional experience in large-scale network environments. Essential requirements include familiarity with major vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, and Check Point, practical experience in network management and automation, and mandatory certifications like CCNA/CCNP or Check Point Certified Security Admin. The position requires independent, analytical work and secure communication skills in both German and English.
