Job Summary
The Service Manager serves as the central point of contact for customers, ensuring the consistent delivery of contractually obligated IT services and driving continuous improvement in the service portfolio. Daily responsibilities involve systematic customer exchange, maintaining high satisfaction, and utilizing broad IT expertise to analyze and structure complex customer requirements. A critical part of the role is monitoring Delivery Performance regarding both quality and cost, managing escalations, and actively optimizing operational IT processes. Candidates must possess several years of professional experience in IT Service Management, particularly within complex Managed Services environments, and demonstrate strong commercial acumen for positive customer development. This position requires a highly communicative individual capable of providing technical leadership to Delivery Teams and offers the flexibility of remote work with a strong focus on professional development.

Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT Service Management
- Professional experience supporting complex Managed Services customer environments
- Extensive experience in operational Managed Services delivery (preferred)
