Job Summary
This role as an Automation and Controls Technician involves the programming and optimization of sophisticated control systems, primarily using Siemens S7 and TIA Portal, along with HMI integration. Key daily tasks include comprehensive fault analysis, troubleshooting system malfunctions, and the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex electrical systems and plant equipment. The technician will actively contribute to ongoing automation and digitalization projects, providing both on-site and remote support across various German locations. Ideal candidates possess a completed qualification in electrical or industrial electronics engineering, coupled with fundamental knowledge of PLC programming and advanced networking skills.
