Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering Project Engineer to drive the energy transition within Dornier Power and Heat GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of electrotechnical project requirements, focusing on energy and heat generation systems. Day-to-day tasks include developing technical concepts, preparing detailed tender documentation, defining specifications, and dimensioning critical electrical components such as low and medium voltage switchgear and inverters, ensuring compliance with technical regulations and safety standards. A core function is project management, involving quality assurance, schedule tracking, and cost control. Candidates must possess a completed university degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering and professional experience in energy plant projects. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple German locations (Berlin, Hamburg, Vetschau, Dresden, or Leipzig) and contribute actively to complex engineering services in a national and international context, promoting a sustainable future.
