Job Summary

This role is for a Junior R&D Specialist specializing in Printing Inks, with a focus on offset printing technology. The core responsibilities involve driving innovation through the development of new products and the continuous optimization of existing product lines, working in close collaboration with group leadership. Day-to-day tasks include verifying developed and existing products, conducting trials at customer sites both domestically and internationally, and performing detailed evaluation and analysis of new and existing raw materials, as well as competitor products. The specialist will also be responsible for conducting technical training sessions for customers, partners, and internal staff, ensuring scientific documentation standards are met, and maintaining laboratory equipment readiness. Candidates must have successfully completed training as a Chemical or Paint Laboratory Technician or possess a comparable qualification, coupled with at least one year of relevant professional experience. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, innovation strength, and a willingness to travel.
