Job Summary

This role is critical for driving the international growth strategy of HENSOLDT's Airborne SIGINT Business Unit, focusing on expanding the portfolio with complementary AI-driven software solutions. The successful candidate will actively participate in strategic planning, ensuring market-oriented product and software development, and translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and business cases. Key responsibilities include acting as the responsible Bid Manager, preparing complex offers, and leading crucial contract negotiations to secure new national and international orders. Furthermore, the manager will lead the project execution phase post-campaign, managing interdisciplinary teams, establishing solid project plans, and ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery according to PMI and HENSOLDT processes. This position requires strong leadership skills, experience in the defense sector, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
