Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing two critical laboratory teams—Sample Entry and Migration—within a leading international life-science company. The Group Leader will provide technical and disciplinary leadership for 13 employees, ensuring the smooth execution of laboratory analyses and routine testing procedures. Key daily responsibilities include overseeing sample registration, driving continuous process improvements using Lean Management principles, and maintaining strict quality assurance standards. The successful candidate will serve as a crucial interface between laboratory departments, quality assurance, and customer service, managing inquiries and complaints effectively. Essential qualifications include a completed scientific degree or relevant technical training (such as CTA or Chemist), combined with initial leadership experience in a laboratory or logistics environment.
