Job Summary
This pivotal leadership role serves as both the Section Manager for Civil Engineering and Open Space Planning and the Deputy Head of Department within the State Building Authority. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of 10 professionals, ensuring strict adherence to technical regulations, coordinating departmental tasks, and driving quality assurance for federal construction projects. A significant component of the role involves serving as Project Lead, managing complex building projects from the client representative perspective, which includes commissioning external engineering firms, overseeing procurement processes, and utilizing IT tools for rigorous schedule and cost control. Candidates must possess a scientific university degree (Master/Diplom) in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture, coupled with substantial professional experience in realizing complex construction ventures. Experience in team leadership is highly advantageous.
