Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Service Commissioning Technician in Kassel to manage the commissioning and ongoing support of various locomotive series, including the Traxx fleet. Day-to-day responsibilities involve performing commissioning procedures, accompanying customer acceptance tests, generating detailed test reports, and conducting meticulous troubleshooting and error analysis on rail vehicles. The successful candidate will also contribute to process optimization, documentation, and ensure strict adherence to EHS regulations. Candidates must hold qualifications such as an Electrical Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or Electrical Master Craftsman certification, coupled with a robust technical understanding of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems. Prior experience in rail transport technology is highly desirable, along with proficiency in MS Office and a strong focus on safety protocols relevant to railway technology. This is a crucial position supporting vital infrastructure operations for a renowned client.
