The core responsibilities involve taking operational ownership of customer IT systems, ensuring proactive maintenance, administration, and troubleshooting via remote support. Key tasks include the installation and maintenance of servers and PCs, network technology management, and enhancing IT security measures (Firewalls, AntiVirus, Monitoring). A crucial aspect is the automation and rationalization of IT service processes, such as patch management and updates, to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Candidates should possess training as an IT Specialist or comparable experience, strong knowledge of current Microsoft systems, virtualization, and IT security tools.
