Job Summary

This Solution Consultant role is critical for defining, improving, and integrating complex business processes, workflows, and systems. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all integration processes, bridging the gap between internal and external systems for various departments. Key daily activities include close collaboration with specialist departments to draft detailed technical specifications and concepts, coordinating external service providers during implementation phases, and evaluating and applying industry best practices. Furthermore, the consultant is responsible for supporting and ensuring the stable operation of the company's middleware landscape. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Informatics or equivalent vocational training with strong IT affinity, coupled with fluent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English. Initial experience with EDI or middleware systems (such as Lobster, BizTalk, or Mulesoft) and familiarity with common data formats (XML, JSON, EDIFACT) are highly desirable assets for this position.
