You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of production and maintenance personnel, driving strategic development, and optimizing all production-relevant workflows through effective KPI implementation and rationalization measures. A significant portion of the role involves ensuring comprehensive occupational safety and environmental protection compliance, including managing hazardous substances, liaising with authorities and external auditors, and coordinating complex permit procedures (such as BImSchV). The ideal candidate possesses a technical university degree, multi-year leadership experience, preferably within the chemical manufacturing sector, strong analytical skills, and a hands-on approach, ensuring both operational efficiency and high product quality.
