Job Summary

This is a full-time, permanent position for an IT Infrastructure Specialist responsible for the comprehensive management and support of the company's entire IT environment. Day-to-day tasks include administering clients, mobile devices, and end-user hardware, installing software, and managing user permissions and accounts. A key function of the role is providing first and second-level support by independently resolving, tracking, and escalating IT incident reports and support inquiries. The specialist will also be responsible for the procurement and support of deployed hardware and software. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical education in IT/EDP, long-term relevant professional experience (preferably in IT support), and strong knowledge of networking, server, and security technologies.
