Job Summary

This role involves the crucial task of manufacturing pharmaceutical therapeutic products derived from blood plasma, ensuring strict adherence to all applicable regulations, including GMP and company guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently executing all necessary production steps, meticulously documenting processes, and conducting in-process controls. The operator will also be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of equipment, and will support the qualification and validation of new and existing process plants and steps. A key requirement is the operation of modern PLC-controlled process systems and working within Cleanroom Class C and D environments. Candidates should hold vocational training as a Chemical Technician or a relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g., Pharma, Biotech) and ideally possess experience in GMP-compliant biological medicine manufacturing. Success in this position requires a highly motivated, responsible, and structured approach, along with the readiness to work continuous shift schedules.
