Job Summary

This role seeks a motivated and responsible Field Service Technician to join a leading personnel service provider's client in Philippsburg. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive field service activities, including commissioning, maintenance, repair, and delivering technical training sessions directly to customers. You will also play a crucial internal role by assisting with the assembly and testing of prototypes and ensuring seamless communication and information flow between customers, sales teams, and the design/engineering department. Candidates must possess a completed mechanical or electrical technical qualification, such as an Industrial Mechanic or Mechatronics Technician. Essential technical skills include reading construction drawings and electrical schematics (E-Plan), along with welding proficiency for aluminum and steel. The position requires a structured, independent working style, strong customer-facing skills, and significant willingness to travel both domestically and internationally. Proficiency in both German and English is necessary for effective customer interaction and successful execution of duties.
