Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the quality and operational readiness of particle measurement technology used in emissions systems. The Service Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and calibration of measuring devices within the in-house calibration laboratory, preparing new systems for customer commissioning. A key component of the job is providing technical support to clients via phone, remote access, or on-site visits, particularly in the Frankfurt area. Furthermore, the role includes developing and conducting training sessions for both internal and external customers, and actively contributing to product improvement and modification initiatives, collaborating closely with Project Managers and Field Service Teams. Candidates must hold a degree in Engineering (Measurement, Electrical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering) or an equivalent technical qualification, possess strong IT skills, and demonstrate fluent English proficiency, working independently and customer-focused.
