Job Summary

This role offers a motivated student the chance to join DEMECAN, a leading German medical cannabis producer, as an IT Working Student near Dresden. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the administration of all company hardware and applications, including procurement, inventory management, and preparation of IT equipment. A key function involves providing First and Second Level Support for both hardware and software issues across the organization. The position requires strong organizational skills to manage maintenance contracts, track costs, and communicate effectively with external service providers. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in an IT or Computer Science program, possess initial professional experience, and demonstrate a high degree of service orientation and process-driven problem-solving, contributing directly to the company's growth in a pioneering and regulated industry.
