Job Summary

This permanent, full-time Site Manager role focuses on executing challenging electrical and building technology projects for industrial and public sector clients in the Stuttgart area. Day-to-day, you act as the central point of contact, ensuring all work is technically sound and completed within the planned timeline. Key responsibilities include leading and scheduling the on-site assembly team, managing material procurement, planning personnel deployment, and meticulously documenting progress through site diaries and measurements. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification in the electrical trade, such as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology, coupled with at least two years of experience in site management within the electrical trade. This position offers regulated 40-hour weeks with no weekend work, regional projects ensuring you are home every evening, and a company vehicle for direct travel to sites. The role provides a high degree of personal responsibility within a stable, expanding company.
