Job Summary

As a Managed Services Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of IT services for clients. Your daily responsibilities will include administering and operating the Managed Services platform, performing remote maintenance, and managing monitoring, backups, endpoint AV, and patch management. You will be crucial in overseeing customer infrastructure health, responding to incidents according to SLAs in collaboration with the Helpdesk, and automating repetitive tasks to boost efficiency. This role requires strong documentation skills, regular client feedback discussions, and reporting to IT management. You will also maintain knowledge bases and FAQs to support effective problem resolution. Required Skills

Education

Degree in (Business) Informatics, completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration), or comparable practical experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Managed Services operations
  • Initial experience with Managed Services platforms, preferably ConnectWise Automate (CWA, formerly LabTech)
  • Solid database knowledge, preferably MySQL
