Job Summary

This role involves the crucial operation and monitoring of highly modern production machinery used for manufacturing cleaning agents and dyes. The Chemical Operator is responsible for ensuring a smooth production flow by actively controlling and supervising the technical systems. Daily duties include performing visual and quality controls to maintain a uniform product standard, as well as carrying out necessary maintenance and cleaning tasks on the equipment and maintaining workplace order. Candidates should possess initial professional experience handling machinery and technical systems, demonstrate proficiency in operating production plants, and be highly motivated with an independent working style. A willingness to work shifts is required. The position offers an attractive compensation package, including an above-tariff hourly wage starting at €17.00 plus shift bonuses, special annual payments (holiday and Christmas bonuses), and excellent prospects for permanent employment with the client after a comprehensive onboarding period.
