Job Summary

Join KPMG's Tax Technology team in Zurich to drive the transformation of tax services through cutting-edge AI. This versatile role requires you to act as an expert in applied AI, focusing particularly on Generative AI and the proprietary Digital Gateway tool, to engage tax leaders in multinational corporations. You will lead client projects from initial proposal to delivery, ensuring seamless end-to-end management. A core part of your contribution involves continuously monitoring developments in LLMs, AI agents, and tools like Copilot, assessing their applicability within the tax domain. You will collaborate closely with global technical teams and internal risk departments to ensure compliance while fostering the adoption of AI technologies both internally and for clients. This position is ideal for a strategic, analytical professional eager to leverage smart automation and data analytics to shape the future of tax services.

Required Skills

Education

Degree-level Education (Technical background preferred)

Experience

Professional experience in tax technology, including customizing digital assets/tools for the tax services industry
Solid understanding and application experience of LLMs and AI agents in business contexts
Experience utilizing established Microsoft tools (e.g., Power Platform or Azure AI) to drive automation
Demonstrated strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
