Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position as Lab Business Support Specialist, located in Biberach an der Riß within the pharmaceutical industry, involves providing crucial cross-departmental administrative and technical support for complex laboratory computer systems, notably the Global EM (Environmental Monitoring Software). Key responsibilities include managing user accounts and role assignments, maintaining master data, executing data and sample changes, and supporting various departments with complex data evaluation. A significant part of the role involves ensuring regulatory compliance by assisting in the creation of GMP documentation and standard operating procedures.
