Job Summary
This role involves working as an IT Field Service Technician, primarily focusing on maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure for a market-leading company specializing in IT solutions and service management. Day-to-day tasks include relocating PC workstations, performing client installations, and troubleshooting issues related to Windows 10 and MS Office. You will be responsible for the repair, connection, returns, and replacement of all IT equipment, including laptops, smartphones, tablets, and desktops, ensuring data migration is handled correctly. Furthermore, you will process service requests, manage incident logging and monitoring, and document all activities meticulously. This position is initially offered through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover, providing excellent development opportunities and professional training in a modern work environment across locations like Düsseldorf, Cologne, Aachen, or Leverkusen.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Consultant, IT System Electronics Technician, or IT Service Technician) or equivalent qualification
