Job Summary
This role as an IT Onsite Support Specialist, located in Nuremberg, involves acting as the primary point of contact for resolving diverse technical issues for customers and internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning and execution of software rollouts and updates, meticulous analysis and resolution of IT problems (1st Level Support), and the management of critical systems such as O365, video conferencing equipment, and mobile devices. The specialist will also be responsible for supporting and customizing existing installations in close coordination with clients, and relaying crucial customer feedback to internal development teams. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualifications, proven professional experience in IT Support or Service Desk environments, and fluent proficiency in both English and German.
