Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT services and support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Munich and Upper Bavaria. The System Engineer will be responsible for the remote and on-site administration of customer systems and networks, including managing Windows, Citrix, and Terminal Servers. Day-to-day tasks include performing 1st and 2nd Level Support for hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, access rights, and implementing new IT software solutions within client companies.
