Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Support Specialist to join a renowned IT service provider, a long-standing partner in the media industry, located near Munich (Ismaning). The core responsibility involves acting as the technical lifeline, managing network support and infrastructure maintenance. Daily tasks include working within an IT ticket system, adhering to SLAs, providing swift and competent customer assistance, and finding efficient, sustainable solutions. A major focus is on configuring and supporting Microsoft Cloud solutions, including Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Azure. Candidates should possess an IT qualification or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of PC, server, and network environments, and expertise in Microsoft Windows and Active Directory.
