Job Summary

The successful candidate will take on the professional and personnel leadership of the Abacus Service Desk team, currently comprising six employees, for a leading consulting and IT firm in Zurich. Key responsibilities include ensuring professional and efficient support delivery, developing support processes and tools, handling and coordinating complex support inquiries, and managing escalations. The role also involves analyzing reports and evaluations for quality assurance and improvement, alongside fostering the professional development of the team. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams and the software manufacturer. Candidates must possess a background in commercial or IT fields, coupled with several years of experience in Abacus application support. Prior leadership experience is beneficial, or a strong motivation to step into a management role is required.
