Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional interested in the central monitoring and operation of Enterprise customer networks within a data center environment in Munich. As a Data Center IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and supervision of server and storage systems, providing essential 2nd Level Support for Windows Server and Intel-based hardware, and managing incidents using a ticketing system. A key part of the role involves coordinating hardware repairs with external manufacturers and leading various projects, such as data migrations and storage capacity expansions throughout the server lifecycle. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT (e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration) and practical professional experience in server system setup and operation within a data center context.
