This role seeks an Onsite Support Technician to work at a central Service Point located on a corporate campus in Northern Munich, focusing on providing essential IT services and hardware management for an industrial client. Daily responsibilities are centered on IT logistics, including managing the IT warehouse and inventory, provisioning and issuing loaner notebooks according to specific instructions, and distributing small peripherals such as headphones and conference devices for Skype for Business. The technician will also provide telephone support during mobile device rollouts and help streamline appointment scheduling processes. Key qualifications include strong working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), general proficiency with PC and notebook hardware, and familiarity with mobile devices like iPhones and iPads. Experience in Asset Management is highly desirable. This position offers a varied workload, stable working hours, and an excellent long-term perspective with the possibility of transitioning to direct permanent employment with the client.
